Hi - I’m Angela Cruz, a Bay Area based accredited meditation practitioner, sound healer, energy healer, wellness facilitator, jewelry creator, and founder of The Aura Stream. Since 2019, I’ve created intentional wellness experiences that blend sound healing, meditation, mindfulness, creativity and healthy self-care outlets to encourage grounding, reflection, and meaningful connections within community, personal, and collaborative spaces. My passion in this space is deeply inspired by culture, and creating approachable experiences for everyone..

The Aura Stream was created as a reflection of intentional growth, connection, and collective energy — a space rooted in the idea of flowing toward higher consciousness, reconnecting with yourself, and honoring the ways we move, heal, and grow through life together.

Beyond my brand, I’m a mother, a first-generation eldest Filipino-American daughter, an Aquarius, plant collector, a creative that who genuinely loves the art of food and cooking, and spending lots of time with my Son. My loved ones call me their “Homegirl in Healing,” - and honestly, that’s probably the best way to describe the energy behind everything I do.
