Private Sessions

Personalized in-person wellness experiences created to support emotional richness, and intentional moments of rest. Sessions may take place in private homes, intimate gatherings, or studio spaces throughout the Bay Area, with travel available for select events. Ideal for groups and celebratory moments.

  • Immersive experiences incorporating sound healing, guided meditation, breathwork, reflective practices, and grounding rituals for one-on-one sessions, couples, close friends, celebrations, and intimate community gatherings. Additional workshop-style experiences, including journaling and aromatherapy activities, and tarot and oracle readings may also be incorporated into select sessions and events.

  • In-person private sessions are also available in an intimate studio setting in Hayward, CA. In-studio experiences may also incorporate sound and energy healing practices, including Reiki, crystal healing, guided meditation, and grounding rituals thoughtfully tailored to support deeper healing, rest, and restoring energy.
